Golden Security does not require you to enter into any contracts or agreements & we will continue to provide the service for as long as you require.

Our service is our contract, our customers continue to use Golden Security because they want to, not because they are bound to by contracts.

Can I change or cancel my order?

All services can be changed and amended as required by you. As your needs and life change, so should our security and welfare services.

Can you offer what I need for my budget?

How long does it take to build a solution?

Designing and understanding your individual needs is the most crucial part of your service.

Taking that extra bit of time to understand what is required and expected prior to implementation will benefit you in the long term.

Can you rework my existing setup?

Just because a system is old or has not been in use does not mean it cannot be reactivated to meet your current needs.

If a system or service is required to be updated or changed it will only be because requirements have changed or systems have become obsolete and parts are no longer available.
